 Where to Sell Crafts and Creations On and Offline. 

With millions of people around the world, there are those who have ideas that many other people can't begin to see or understand. Bring your ideas to life on a site that is helping ordinary people dream again. This page is a list of ideas for those who would like an inexpensive way to build a part time or full time business or side Hustle with items you can find everywhere. 
 
If you already sell online, you'll want the Crafter's Sidekick - yes, I said that outloud. You'll see why when you begin to see what on the shopping list. 
If you already hit the trade shows as well as all the other places you network to sell your items then you want to sell online.

Utilize sites like Ebay, Amazon, FB Marketplace, Instagram and Etsy to sell your handmade, recycled, upscaled, items.

I don't want to just throw a bunch of links around or give overload to your already existing life, but I found more information that will help your part time hustle making things and stuff. :-) 
This is not a place for digital products, it's a place to find handmade items that someone took the time to build, make, sculpt, or somehow become creative with the items they might have gotten at no cost at all, found by the seashore, spent too much money or time on or all together is loosing on as you read this.

You'll need a Spiral Notebook with 3 sections, envelope type of 
Get a 3-5 Subject Notebook with pockets as many pages as you can find. *this isn't the one I use but it's the closest I could find. I use Mead with a heavier pocket. It's the best one I've seen out there so it's my personal preference. To get started grab the one above. Later find one with a good sturdy pocket for holding your notes, ideas written on napkins, and anything else you feel should go into the pockets. You may want to go ahead and tape the corners and edges of the pockets for more secure hold. I do this on mine also because these are my thoughts and I don't want to loose them. 



Grab your pen and notebook and dive in:
Ask yourself and write down physically, in the notebook.
* While you're checking out these creators, remember they are building something with their hands, minds, ideas and time. What do you see they're not seeing? 
* Take note of these things while you're writing about each person
    * Are they charging enough for their products, do you have an idea that might help or build your own business with something they've shared or said?
    * What makes their page stand out the moment you see it?
    * Are Links clearly labeled on their page?
    * How is their profile page worded that makes them top sellers?
    * What are they selling that makes them top sellers?
    * Examine, Add your drawings, thoughts, and ideas on each page 
Apply what you learn to your own profile.


Okay, if you enjoy your craft; let's say fly fishing and making your own handcrafted fly's, or cute little crochet bunny hats for babies, real fur coats for dogs, or any number of other hand made items there are some sites that will help you sell your items.

This website allows the crafty person the ability to open a business website and sell your handmade items. 

Yes, you've probably already tried sites like the well know social media sites. Those are also viable websites to sell your handmade items on; Use them as resources as well if you don't already.


Etsy - You may or may not have heard of this company yet and if not, you'll want to check it out. 

For anyone that does handmade work - Using your hands to work is worth putting into. Invest in yourself by learning how your hand made art can be used to add to your bottom line.

Well take a look at some of the information on the link above. Do you have gifts and talents, skills or a creative flow that could somehow fit?

The online world has yet to see all the survival information, canning, building, gardening and keeping water clean but there are some folks out there that can do all of that. Those that can't do any of it can learn from those that can. 

In some places around the world, people may not have an income, but they trade what they do have, to pay for what is needed. People have been 'trading' items and services for many years. 

There are groups of farmers around the world fighting desertification and using rainwater to help rebuild the deserts around their fields. 


Their water ideas and investments have been found profitable. Though this link only gives one method there are many viable sources.

The farmers in parts of India are learning water economics through harvesting as well as putting back into dried out wells, and desolate land. 

 Raghunath, India is teaching people how to make ponds for new harvests and some as much as 95% success. Some families are able to use the water again and life is changing for a once desolate water supply and land.

If you are a crafter and can find ways to work along the lines of what this man is doing, it's possible there is a market for that and you'll be able to add those type of products to etsy as well.
