And Prepare With Knowledge 

You Didn't Even Know You Needed

With the world in the state that it's in, it's even more important to protect yourself and your children. 

Not by being afraid, but having information needed to take care of things if an emergency were to happen.

This includes staying safer from family members, entertainment industry, people in the educational system, sexual exploitaion, trafficking, grooming and other areas of subject that seem to upset people in a variety of ways.

Hi there, 

I'm Mrs. Rita to many young people,

There are other names and we won't go into that now.

Many years ago I wrote about, taught, went in to schools in the small communities in and around the small communities in the area we lived.  My husband, children and myself shared how children could stay safer from those who want to harm them. 

Back then I had an editor, I'm not worrying about that anymore, there are some things too important and there's no time to waste. 

During those years I began to understand the catastrophic problem with abuse, especially with women and the most innocent, the children. Men were seldom mentioned; this could be that most men never report these crimes against themselves and humanity. 

No, it's not just about one person. 

The abuser has a lust that he or she cannot contain or control. One that takes over them without discretion at times and or lack of discipline. 

They continue to abuse; while they tell you that they love you. 

They tell you that you can't tell anyone else or you won't be together anymore. 

They tell you not to tell anyone or they will kill something. Your cat, friend, parent or some stuffed animal you shared too much knowledge about online. 

Part truth. Part Lie. 

They love what they can get from you.

They will go to prison so no, you won't be together anymore. 

They want to control you with fear so they conquer and break you.

You are ONLY being used. 

You're not alone. 

There are millions hurting and not understanding. There are many that want to get out. Live a different life away from abuse you can never speak about. Hold it all inside so maybe it will just go away.

What I found:

At that time, 20+ yrs. ago, the average boy was molested 1 out of 6 boys. Those where only the crimes according to the records. The average girl was 1 out of 5 girls if memory serves me. These were children from the earliest of ages including infants and toddlers up to 18 yrs. of age. 

Those were stats I was unwilling to sit still over and I began to write even more. This led to speaking in homes, and small family gatherings with Christian and Homeschool families. 

Over the years I watched my own children subject to these crimes against children even in one of the homes we were speaking in - an older child there was targeting my daughter because she was the new kid. 

Without understanding what we were there for the child proceeded to try to get my very shy and quiet little precious child to participate in something she understood was wrong. She may have been 6 or so. 

While I was speaking, I heard my little poptart say "NO!", "I Said NO!" very sternly and loudly which she never ever did: and I took off running. 

I already knew the signs and my two miracle children had learned early how to stay a little bit safer. 

The Yello Dyno

When they were young I found a child safety program called the Yello Dyno that teaches children in a very non threatening way how to stay safe.

Unlike the other programs for children out there, the researcher, author and speaker, Jan found that even when children have the information, they still froze under fear.

She went into the prisons and asked over 100 child predators what they did to get the children. 

Each predator had their own story and skills.

Working with the authority, surviors of crimes, the prisoners information, statistics and determination she wrote for the safety of children and families everywhere.

Get Two Copies of Your Child's Fingerprints

The first is a finger print pkg. and book. Get your children printed while they're young and keep a copy in a post office box and one in your home. 

Finger print your children: This is just in case. We never know if something is going to happen we just pray and hope we never have to experience this type of horror.

One thing is for sure, if you have a copy of your child's fingerprints, you can get it to the proper authorities more quickly.

This is not a place for digital products, it's a place to find handmade items that someone took the time to build, make, sculpt, or somehow become creative with the items they might have gotten at no cost at all, found by the seashore, spent too much money or time on or all together is loosing on as you read this.

You'll need a Spiral Notebook with 3 sections, envelope type of 
Get a 3-5 Subject Notebook with pockets as many pages as you can find. *this isn't the one I use but it's the closest I could find. I use Mead with a heavier pocket. It's the best one I've seen out there so it's my personal preference. To get started grab the one above. Later find one with a good sturdy pocket for holding your notes, ideas written on napkins, and anything else you feel should go into the pockets. You may want to go ahead and tape the corners and edges of the pockets for more secure hold. I do this on mine also because these are my thoughts and I don't want to loose them. 

Grab your pen and notebook and dive in:
Ask yourself and write down physically, in the notebook.
* While you're checking out these creators, remember they are building something with their hands, minds, ideas and time. What do you see they're not seeing? 
* Take note of these things while you're writing about each person
    * Are they charging enough for their products, do you have an idea that might help or build your own business with something they've shared or said?
    * What makes their page stand out the moment you see it?
    * Are Links clearly labeled on their page?
    * How is their profile page worded that makes them top sellers?
    * What are they selling that makes them top sellers?
    * Examine, Add your drawings, thoughts, and ideas on each page 
Apply what you learn to your own profile.

Okay, if you enjoy your craft; let's say fly fishing and making your own handcrafted fly's, or cute little crochet bunny hats for babies, real fur coats for dogs, or any number of other hand made items there are some sites that will help you sell your items.

This website allows the crafty person the ability to open a business website and sell your handmade items. 

Yes, you've probably already tried sites like the well know social media sites. Those are also viable websites to sell your handmade items on; Use them as resources as well if you don't already.

Etsy - You may or may not have heard of this company yet and if not, you'll want to check it out. 

For anyone that does handmade work - Using your hands to work is worth putting into. Invest in yourself by learning how your hand made art can be used to add to your bottom line.

Magnificent Monday

While other people find Monday's somewhat oppressive, I find Mondays Magnificent.

There are also people who have an unnatural fear of Mondays. 

Yep, it's a thing.

Hey there, 

Thanks for stopping by this page.

Monday. 

Not many people appreciate the first work day of the week and for good reason. 

I won't dispute all the reasons people have given me over the years to hate Mondays. 

However, Monday can be a good day when you take a look at it from a different perspective.

The best perspective I can personally give to looking forward to Mondays is that if waking up another day means 'even on a Monday' then yes, I consider it a bonus. 

Not everyone woke up this morning or on the next Monday morning you wake. 

If you wake up any day of the week, you have one more day to live and experience and help someone make it through another day as well; even a smile can make the difference. 

I'll start by saying the Sunday nights before closing my eyes, I mentally as well as physically record the goals and steps for Monday. 

Why is mentally preparing for Monday so significant? 

While most people are frustrated about the new week and the workload, my preparations are a bit different *for my personal taste, and my outlook on a new week gets a boost. 

When you prepare mentally for a good day, it should help your day go better due to getting ready with the goals and plans for the first day of the week. 

These are only my opinions and work for me personally. I'm just sharing with the thought with the hopes it might help someone. These ideas may or may not work for you, only you can decide. 

I'm not a professional but have listed some below.

Being prepared for Monday can help with a positive attitude when the day arrives. It also helps my stress level go down considerably. 

Let me know if it helps your attitude, stress level, an overall day also.

1) Take about 20 minutes out and stop everything you're doing. During that time put yourself into a relaxed state and meditate on peaceful thoughts.

 

Think only of things that make you happy, a stony secluded stream, birds chirping, rainfall, the ocean, waterfalls, whatever makes you feel relaxed and at peace in your mind. 

Stay in that peaceful state for at least 20 minutes to calm your mind.

After 20 minutes of relaxing your mind:

2) Take a moment to write down your new weeks goals below in the comment section, how you'll set your Monday up and how you could possibly make it a Magnificent Monday.

This is one site you'll want to get ideas for if you're building an online business and have an idea you'd like to implement to your page. 

I'm personally still doing my own work and thought about hiring more out, but here is one example I hired to help with something I was working on. 

It's one of my favorite examples of the many things these creative people can do and while they love doing what they do, they are building their dream life. 

Be creative, simple or extreme, share your fun idea, thought, gift, talent or skill for a better world. 

The person that did that video has learned and earned well beyond what thought possible and no longer does the work. 

You can see how to simply do one thing learning to edit a video on that particular editing software can build your Entrepreneur or Creative mindset in ways not expected. 

It's also an amazing way to build your pockets.

See my other video edited by me, which can be something we enjoy doing, taking a video and uploading it to your particular social channel. 

For instance, I used a particular inexpensive artsy type of graphic arts software many years ago. 

The software was something I enjoyed using and was easy enough for me to share with other people who want to learn graphic arts software. 

The How To wasn't what I thought I'd build in my mind, but that is what I ended up working out in the end as the editing software the uploading company provided at a Free Level wasn't easy to use. 

There was also problems with the sound on the computer - but the video gives you an idea of how you can take something you enjoy, make a video, and add it to your social page. 

So I wrote about it and did a little edited version of the the how to video to share how easy that software was to use and how much I missed the version I had been using.

So this is me, RitaAnn~ I injured my back some

years back and can't seem to get my brain to understand I am supposed to heal so I should probably slow down.

 

I gave myself three months but didn't slow down as much as I should have and here we are years later and this back is still acting wonky. 

It may be as stubborn as I am. 

 Many years ago when my first born biological son was born, there were immediate complications. His lungs were damaged in an attempt to remove him at birth. Intensive Care Stays became the normal way for our family to proceed through life. When my children were young the chronic visits were still part of our way of living and life or death was about getting to the hospital fast enough. 

He continued to be a very sick little guy as he began kindergarten age, as well as into the levels proceeding. During that time I used all my resources to make sure he had as good an education as possible. Trying to find skills he might be able to utilize as an adult to earn an income. He loved drawing and making characters with story lines that brought out the creative nature. This little man was growing up to be creative. 

 

I knew the online world was possibly the only way my son would be able to have any type of future. Thoughts were along the line of if this continued chronic path is affecting his tiny life now, the solution would be to find something he could do to sustain a decent life as an adult. 

 

  We're also older parents having been blessed with children a bit later than some.
